About Claire

I know from experience what it’s like to have a five-year-old who thinks it’s more fun to be chased than to have a photograph taken. Or a newborn that needs feeding, sleeping and changing between the perfect closeup. I have three children of my own, and there is nothing I haven’t seen before. I have a natural ability to set the whole family at ease, giving you time to settle in at your own pace and enjoy the experience of a family photoshoot together. The result is a series of beautiful photographs that are relaxed and genuine.  

I fell in love with photography when I was given an Olympus OM1 for my 13th Birthday. My obsession converted my parents’ cellar into a darkroom and eventually took me to the London College of Arts and Fashion and Central St Martins to study further. I have worked on countless magazine shoots for publications in the UK and beyond, including Hello Magazine in London, Home Journal in Hong Kong and Emirates Home in Dubai.

I started my photography business in 2008. I wish I had many more photographs of our family together when our children were young. I would love to do this for you and give you a beautiful memory to treasure for generations to come.
